We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging it.

The Conditions

What makes a return eligible.

To accept a return or exchange, the piece needs to come back to us the way it left.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags must be attached, and the original packaging included.
  • No signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or any other marks.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer.

This applies to both returns and exchanges, unless the item arrived defective or was sent to you in error.

How It Works

Reach Out

Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

Send It Back

Once approved, ship the piece back to us in its original condition. Shipping is arranged and covered by you.

III

Refund or Swap

We inspect the piece on arrival. If everything checks out, we process the refund or send the exchange right away.

Exceptions

What we can't accept.

  • Items returned after the 14-day window.
  • Pieces that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Items without their original tags or packaging.
  • Sale or final-sale items, unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Refund Timing

When you'll see your refund.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days. The amount is returned through the same payment method used at checkout. Bank processing times may vary.
